The MSOE Baseball Prospects Clinic is designed to provide instruction on the fundamentals and techniques for each player's specific position. The MSOE Baseball Prospects Clinic is designed to provide in-depth instruction on the proper fundamentals of throwing, fielding, pitching and hitting. Participants will receive instruction on how to properly run the base paths and MSOE's philosophy on hitting. Each camper will experience a progression of drills focusing on specific techniques that will benefit their performance. Participants will have an opportunity to work in small groups with an MSOE coach.
Head Baseball Coach, Steve Sanfilippo
As the head coach of MSOE Baseball for the past three years, Coach Sanfilippo has set numerous records which include most wins in a season (24), first NACC tournament appearance, and led the team to the NACC Championship game. Previously, Coach Sanfilippo spent three seasons as an assistant baseball coach at MSOE from 2006-08. Most recently, he has been at UW-Milwaukee since 2008. While working with the Milwaukee baseball program, the Panthers won two conference championships and advanced to the NCAA Tournament in 2010. Additionally, five players were drafted in the MLB First-Year Player Draft. Sanfilippo has additional coaching experience with Ripken Baseball Camps, Whitefish Bay High School and as a private baseball trainer as owner and operator of Sanfilippo Baseball LLC. As a player, Sanfilippo played three seasons at Milwaukee after starting his career at Central Michigan. He was the Panthers' starting shortstop all three seasons at UWM, earning Horizon League All-Newcomer Team honors his first season. The team won 74 games in his three seasons and advanced to the 2005 league title game.

Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the camp. If a camper must leave early, the camp director must be notified.
Participants are required to bring their own bat, batting gloves, glove and proper workout attire.
Campers must have their own health insurance. Each camper must complete a medical history and liability release form. The medical history form will be mailed/emailed with confirmation. Be sure to download the medical history form and mail it in with your registration. Under no circumstances may a camper participate without completing these forms.
Registration confirmation will be sent prior to the start of the clinic. Participants will not receive confirmation if they register within five days of the clinic. No refunds will be given unless a doctor's excuse is provided. In the event of a clinic cancellation, participants will be notified five days prior to the start of the clinic. A full refund will be given.
