Raiders Picked Fourth in MCVL Preseason Poll

MILWAUKEE – The MSOE men's volleyball team has been picked fourth in the Midwest Collegiate Volleyball League preseason poll, the conference office announced Wednesday.

The Raiders, who finish fourth last season, received 126 points, finishing behind defending champion Carthage (169 points), Dominican (151) and Mount St. Joseph (150). MSOE was nine points clear of Benedictine in fifth place.

Krisik led the nation with 10.70 assists per set and was named the MCVL Rookie of the Year last season. Naughton, a member of the All-MCVL Second Team, finished second on the team in kills and led the squad with nearly 100 blocks. All told, 17 players from last season return, with just one player lost to graduation.
