MILWAUKEE – The MSOE men's volleyball team was picked second in the Midwest Collegiate Volleyball League Preseason Poll released Tuesday by the conference office.

The Raiders finished with one first-place vote and 167 points, equal to the voting totals for Dominican. Carthage topped the poll with 193 points and the remaining 12 first-place votes. Lakeland was picked fourth with 148 points.

MSOE took second in the league last season with a 12-1 record and fell to the Red Men in the MCVL title match. The Raiders were ranked for the final 11 weeks of last season, sitting No. 14 in the final poll of the season and finishing with a school-record 18 wins.

Former All-American junior Quin Krisik headlines the returners for the Red & White. He was named to the All-MCVL First Team for the second time last season, while juniors Sam Stealey and Neil Naughton were named to the all-league second team.
