Men's Volleyball 12th in AVCA Preseason National Poll

MILWAUKEE – The MSOE men's volleyball team is ranked 12th in the AVCA preseason national poll, the coaches' organization announced Wednesday.

The Raiders were ranked for the final 11 weeks of last season, sitting No. 14 in the final poll of the season and finishing with a school-record 18 wins.

MSOE is one of three MCVL team appearing in the first poll of the season, behind No. 4 Carthage and just ahead of No. 13 Dominican. Carthage topped the MCVL preseason poll released last month, followed by the Raiders and Stars in a tie for second. Another league team, Mount St. Joseph, is also receiving votes in the poll.

Former All-American junior Quin Krisik headlines the returners for the Red & White. He was named to the All-MCVL First Team for the second time last season, while juniors Sam Stealey and Neil Naughton were named to the all-league second team.
