Men's Volleyball Picked Third in NACC Preseason Poll

MILWAUKEE - The MSOE men's volleyball team is expected to take third in the NACC standings this season according to a preseason poll of league coaches and sports information directors announced Monday.

The Raiders garnered 124 points to finish behind only Dominican (154) and Benedictine (150). The three teams replicated their finish from the NACC's inaugural season of men's volleyball in 2018. Marian was picked fourth, 32 points behind MSOE (92), while Aurora and Lakeland tied for fifth (86).

The Raiders went 14-12 last season against an extremely difficult schedule and posted an 8-4 record in the league season. They fell in the league tournament semifinals. Head coach Shane Reid returns three starters from a senior-laden squad, including a First-Team All-American in junior libero Danny Martens.
