MSOE LAX Drops Game to Carthage

MSOE LAX Drops Game to Carthage

KENOSHA, Wisconsin – The MSOE Men's Lacrosse team traveled south to Carthage to take on the Red Men.  Carthage (2-0) made it difficult on the Raiders (0-1) in their first outing, which saw MSOE drop the game 5-12.

It was the first contest for the Raiders and both the coaches and players were excited to play against someone rather than themselves.  Carthage jumped out to a 7-0 score in the game.  It was not until 9:24 in the second quarter that the Raiders got on the scoreboard with a Jack Fischer unassisted goal.  That was followed up by another unassisted goal by MSOE's Liam Brown.  The Red and White tried to mount a comeback, but the Red Men were too much on the day.  Harrison Davies added two unassisted goals and Will Eveland added the final goal for the Raiders.

The Raiders return to the pitch March 2nd to take on North Central in Naperville, Illinois at 6pm.
